At POMAR COLIVING, our mission is to create a safe, inspiring space where entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and creatives can connect, collaborate, and feel a true sense of belonging. Founded in 2022 in the Algarve, Portugal, POMAR is all about community, well-being, and immersing our colivers in local culture. We believe people thrive in a supportive environment that promotes both personal and professional growth. More than just a place to stay, POMAR is an experience. What sets us apart is our strong commitment to community. Every coliver at POMAR becomes part of our family. Our spaces are thoughtfully designed for remote work, whether in the peaceful Algarve countryside or the heart of Olhão, offering the perfect balance between work and connection.

POMAR IN THE CITY brings our coliving experience to a more urban setting. Hosted in a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Olhão, this pop-up allows colivers to experience the charm of a bustling, beachside town while staying connected with nature. The vision behind POMAR IN THE CITY is to blend urban vibrancy with the grounding sense of connection our colivers cherish. Here, they can engage in focused work, cultural discovery, and shared experiences, all within a thoughtfully curated and premium environment.

We aim to break the seasonal cycle by showcasing the Algarve as an ideal year-round destination for digital nomads and entrepreneurs. Winter here is mild, safe, and full of opportunities to discover hidden gems without the summer crowds. Through initiatives like POMAR IN THE CITY, we’re breathing new life into spaces that are often closed during the off-season, transforming them into lively coliving hubs. This helps boost the local economy and highlights the Algarve’s potential as a welcoming destination for remote workers all year long.

The secret recipe for unforgettable coliving experiences in Portugal

Our magic recipe is simple: it’s about creating authentic experiences that bring people together. As a Portuguese native with roots in farming, I love sharing the local culture and traditions with our  colivers . Whether it’s picking fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms, enjoying the freshest seafood together in front of the Ria formosa, every activity connects us to the land and the sea. We focus on hands-on experiences that encourage our colivers to explore and connect. Offering a glimpse into the true heart of the Algarve.

At POMAR, we share key moments together, like our weekly community planning sessions every Monday over breakfast. We also enjoy weekly ice baths, fitness classes, or cooking workshops, all tailored to the interests and schedules of our colivers.
